BenQ Game Zone Series

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a third-person Rocksteady Studios game that is set five years after the ending of the Batman Arkham series. Play as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and other DC characters as you attempt to save the world from Brainiac and his brainwashed Justice League. Experience this open-world adventure on the X3100i Gaming Projector and immerse yourself with the characters’ different forms of traversal, gunplay, melee combat, and unique fighting styles. The best way to enjoy a game of this size is on a 4K gaming projector, for an enhanced and fun experience. Welcome to the BenQ Game Zone Series!

Task Force X Recruits

Though the story of Task Force X is a common one in DC comics, shows, and films, this game features a fully original story with unique choices for the characters development and story. Fan favorite and a regular Suicide Squad member, Harley Quinn, maintained her original voice actor from the Batman Arkham series, Tara Strong, who delivered an incredible vocal performance. With BenQ’s CinematicSound technology, featured on the X3100i gaming projector, every laugh, hum, and side-comment from Harley and the others can be heard clearly, making it feel like they’re in the room with you.

Each character maintains key characteristics that align with how they are written in most comics. From their expressive facial reactions to the way they move around the room, their designs were created with attention to detail. To clearly see the fine details of their expressions, you’ll want as large of an image as possible. On the X3100i gaming projector, pictured left, you can clearly see Deadshot’s surprised, Boomerang’s frustration, Harley’s smirk, and King Shark’s subtle confusion. Harley is the most expressive of the group and it’s easiest to see her reactions to each situation, but King Shark has much subtler reactions that can only be seen clearly with the large, projected image provided by a gaming projector.

As the game continues and you fight the members of the Justice League, the characters form a bond out of the need to survive and build forms of respect for each other. While they are aware of the seriousness of the situation, they struggle with understanding why it is their responsibility to resolve it and work towards escaping the clutches of Amanda Waller. Many of these conversations are had during travel and combat, so it’s important to listen to what they’re saying as you complete each mission. You’re also tapped into everything Batman is saying, and he offers insight into how they’re viewed and what the end goal is. To hear everything clearly and fully immerse yourself in the game, the X3100i has CinematicSound technology designed to enhance everything happening, from conversations to subtle shifts in the background.

Criminal Combat

Each character has a different style of combat, weapons, and tools throughout the game that you’ll have the chance to utilize and upgrade. The weapons and gear selection are integrated well into the menu, alongside character upgrades and outfit customization. However, with the ability to swap through four characters and a wide range of customizations/upgrades available, the menu can be tricky to navigate at first. With BenQ CinematicColor technology featured in the x-series gaming projectors, you’ll be able to clearly see each vibrant menu section and confidently navigate the options available.

Character level-ups and experience points are not distributed equally, you’ll have to play each character to be able to upgrade their abilities. There are times where the game forces you to play as a specific character, the majority of the gameplay is up to you in terms of character selection. Some Riddler tasks and contracts require you to use a certain character, as their combat abilities will give you the edge you’ll need to succeed, so you’ll need to take time to play each character and level them up. It’s recommended to complete as many side-quests and challenges as possible to get your characters upgraded enough to take on the Justice League.

With four characters running around during battles and seemingly endless enemies spawning, it can be challenging to navigate confidently. With the vivid details and vibrant colors from the X3100i, you’ll be able to fight off enemy spawns and work as a team without issue. Jump into battles with confidence, regardless of who you’re playing as.

Who is the Real Villain?

The visuals of the game are best viewed on a large, projected image on a wall or projector screen to create a fully immersive experience. While the gameplay itself looks stunning on the X3100i, the CinematicColor and CinematicSound technology create a truly cinematic experience during each cutscene. As the story unfolds and you gain a deeper understanding of who each member of Task Force X is, you’ll want to be able to sit back and watch these cutscenes like you’re watching a movie. Game immersion goes beyond playing the game on a big screen, it’s about experiencing the game in the best way possible.

Brainiac is the main enemy for the game, with a brainwashed Justice League to fight, but the more you play the deeper the story goes, beyond the large skull ship enemy looking to create a New Colu (pictured left). Amanda Waller is a twisted individual, who manipulates and kills whoever gets in the way of her completing the mission. Even though Task Force X is a group of villains, they each have characteristics about them that create empathy, while Amanda Waller does not. You can hear the range in her voice as she speaks and see the cruelty in her eyes during each cutscene. Don’t miss out on the incredible cinematic experience the X3100i provides, it brings the game to life in every aspect.

Online Co-Op Gaming

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is available on the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam (PC). You can play individually, or team up with up to four friends in online co-op. With online co-op, you can traverse Metropolis with a team of four Harley Quinn’s or see who really never misses as Deadshot. The game does support full cross-platform and cross-progression play for online co-op, so you can get the most out of your gaming experience regardless of how you decide to play. While online co-op games are traditionally played on monitors or TV’s, the best way to get a fully immersive experience is on a gaming projector. Not only will you be able to see everything going on thanks to a larger screen, with the vivid details from the X3100i, you can easily keep up with your teammates in battles and exploration.
